About Project Center

Project Center is a community-based nonprofit organization committed to advancing mental wellness for men through accessible, culturally responsive programming. We believe mental health is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. Our work reduces stigma, promotes emotional resilience, and strengthens communities from the inside out.

Our Mission

To provide comprehensive mental health resources and support for men by fostering safe spaces, meaningful connections, and community-driven solutions that promote healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.

What We Do

Creating safe spaces where men find healing and connection.

Mental Health Support & Programming

We offer workshops, group discussions, wellness sessions, and educational programming designed to help men manage stress, improve emotional health, and build coping strategies.

Community & Peer Support

We cultivate spaces where men can connect, share experiences, and support one another without judgment—building trust, accountability, and brotherhood.

Through partnerships with mental health professionals, nonprofits, and community organizations, we connect participants to counseling, crisis support, employment resources, and wellness services.

Resource Navigation & Partnership

Awareness & Advocacy

We actively work to reduce stigma around men’s mental health through education, outreach, and community engagement.

Why This Matters

Men—particularly men of color—face higher rates of untreated mental health challenges due to stigma, lack of access, and limited culturally responsive services.

Project Center exists to close that gap by creating pathways to healing, stability, and long-term personal growth.

Our Impact Goals

  • Increase awareness of men’s mental health needs in our community

  • Secure funding to expand programming and operations
